I am 16 and i play high school soccer. I think endurance helps most in soccer so try run a couple of miles in a set ammount of time, or record how long you can run in a set ammount of time(for instance 12-15 minutes) and try to improve your distance. As far as sprints you can try sprinting up hills, jogging down, and sprinting back up without stopping. You can do that 10-15 times.

sprint speed- speed ladder training
_ _ _ _ _ _
|_|_|_|_|_|_| thats what it looks like
it helps your quickness of the feet and agililty
for your endurance- do some long distance, but i dont think its nessesary b/c you wont be running that much of a distance in a game
but do some longer sprints- 100yd,50yd
10yd,10yd,10yd,10yd
etc etc etc
