Yep honey thats your plug. I lost mine 2 weeks before giving birth. Just because you drop your plug doesnt mean your going to be giving birth right away. As long as your not contracting its not a big deal. I lost mine at 33 weeks, gave birth just under 35 weeks gestation {as we expected I would} and he was just perfect even came home with me

Yes that was your mucus plug or at least some of it. Mine was also very thick. You do not have anything to worry about. What you are experiencing is very normal. You can loose your mucus plug weeks or even a month before you deliver. Your body is preparing for active labor, so you will feel some sharp pains. You may even be starting to dilate a little. Tell your doc your concerns and good luck!!

You can lose your mucus plug quite a few weeks before giving birth. My sister lost hers about 4 weeks before going into labor on both of her kids. I would, however, tell you doctor, just so they have the heads up. Nothing to worry about I'm sure. Best of luck!

It may be your mucus plug ,you can lose pieces of it as you get closer to your dute date but dosent alwys mean a sign of labor. Good job on calling your dr just keep a eye out if there is blood mixed with it then its a good sign of labor starting or starting sometime soon. Try to rest untill you see your dr tomorrow

It sounds like it to me. I've had two kids (one vaginal and one c-section) but my sister told me about her losing her mucus plug and that sounds like what she said. Its good that you called the doctor! Congrats on the baby by the way! Sounds like its coming soon!

I think you are at the start of losing your mucus plug. Usually it is like egg whites streaked with blood. You can't miss it usually. So you are on your way!!!
