The olive oil is ranked according to its process and the percentage of acidity.
If the process is cold pressing and the acidity is less than 0.8 % (8 grams of acid within 1000 gram of oil), then it is called:
" Extra Virgin".
And if the % is higher than 0.8% up to 2% it is called "Virgin"
So according to your question the kind of olive oil is "VIRGIN"
