Aloha from Down Unda!
I wouldn't use the term yummy but I seldom miss an episode of Criminal Intent due simply to the performance of Vince. The 1st role I ever noticed him in was a suicide soldier in Full Metal Jacket & since have come to admire his demenor as
" Detective Robert Goren (Vincent D'Onofrio), a quirky yet extraordinarily intelligent investigator and criminal profiler, known for his instinct and insight. Often, Goren's intuition turns out to be the case-breaker, rather than solid evidence (which is usually the case in the other two series). Each episode, Goren typically employs his knowledge of an unusually wide range of topics, from theoretical physics to (multiple) foreign languages. Goren once served in the Criminal Investigation Division, stationed in Germany and South Korea. The Bobby Goren character is very reminiscent of Sherlock Holmes; he notices tiny — yet important — details ignored by others, and has broad encyclopedic knowledge. Frequently, Goren obtains crucial information and confessions by psychologically manipulating and provoking suspects, and suspects' associates." [Quoted from Wikipedia L&OCI charactor analyisis]
Yeah, he's kewl. Probably my favorite current television actor! Thanks for askin'

I dont know if i'm sad, but I even fancied Vincent D'Onofrio when he was in Men In Black, playing the part of the man who was taken over by the alien. But I must say that he is alot more fanciable as Robert Goran.

I think he is the yummiest Italian Stallion out there. CI is my least favorite Law & Order series, but I can't resist watching just to drool over Vincent D'Onofrio.

I really enjoy watching his quirky behavior. When he starts poking around in people's belongings or getting too close to them and invading their space, I get that same nervous sensation that the suspect must be experiencing. You get the feeling that his co-workers regard him as their off-beat, genius case solver but that he even makes them feel uncomfortable. It's a great piece of acting unless he really is that kind of person. Do you think he might be?

He's a great actor. Rent the movie the Salton Sea. It came out in around 2002 and you will see a whole different side of him as "Pooh Bear"

It's quite a change from Pt. Pyle in Full Metal Jacket. If you want to see him at his best, he is Thor the mechanic in Adventures in Babysitting.

Kenny you always ask the best questions! I know you must be a young man, so mother is going to tell you the facts of life. Too many cops today are the criminals. Corruption and kleptocracy are the new orders of the day. The wealthy can buy any one off anytime especially cops. Like teachers cops are not that well paid. So there is an unspoken incentive to work part time usually for the "bad" guys. If you ever get a chance to watch the movie Copland I recommend it! Robert Goren stole my heart!!!! Keep smiling!!! I love my body wash - Dr. Bonner's peppermint liquid soap in a recycled bottle- oh yeah! Feels like a York peppermint paddy up the butt!
