Its cold, i want to look very cute and stylish & comfy i need kind of cheep warm clothes any ideas? Not sweaters please but please give me some answers im running out of combinations of clothes to wear!.

long sleeves shirts with a stylish vest, cute pants and boots try to wear dark colors if you want to blend in but lighter colors if you want to stand out

A solid long shirt underneath (longer than your hips) with a cute short sleeve over it. And some long comfy old navy cotton cargo pants or something like that.

You should buy some jackets. Then you can wear the jacket as the main peice of clothing. You can wear the same pants and a different jacket and be good to go. Take a look at these.

Mini-skirts with leggings or tights underneath. Warm, cute, & fashionable. Check out thrift stores too...if you have the patience to look through the racks, you can find some really cool stuff for next to nothing.

skinny jeans with ankle boots are in also wedged boots
if no sweaters just layers
polos on top of long sleeved t-shirts
jmpers are back in with tights and puffy sleeved shirts
(high fashion)
tunics are cool too

old navy has some weird stuff, but in their new collection they have some INCREDIBLY winter chic clothing.
try v-neck striped sweaters and furry vests :)
