I was on my way to Uni this morning and I was at Liverpool Street station - I was gonna be late so I was rushing, but stopped dead in my tracks because I saw a large suitcase left unattended in the middle of the walkway between 2 platforms....

I looked around to see if it was someone's nearby but no one was claiming it - another guy noticed before me and I saw him tell one of the station staff...

Ok so what shocked me was the fact that NO-ONE else seemed to notice. I mean people were rushing but not one gave a second look to a very large suitcase placed in the centre of a walkway! I couldn't believe it - it may have been nothing but then again it could have been EVERYTHING!

I was contemplating heading the other way and getting as far away as possible - but then I saw a guy coming from the other end of the platform and he just wheeled it away...my heart was beating SO fast - then I remembered why I didn't like travelling on the tube again but I guess ive got no choice..

It is best to be safe than to be sorry. I'd hate for you to be naive and think terrorist stuff doesn't happen here, because it already has happened. It could happen to any one of us, when and where we'd least expect it.

If you suspected something, and it turned out to be a bomb, then you could actually warn people and prevent them from being hurt.

We must all realise that we now live in a society where we must always look over our shoulder, because the world isn't safe.

Terrorism is a reality, the sooner people start to accept it the safer they will be.

There's every need to be vigilant, to be wary of packages and suspicious individuals.

I think that some people don't take it seriously enough. I think it's a scary world, even more so that people are willing to blow themselves and others up.

Well done for being aware of it, if it was a bomb, you could have saved yourself and others.

all of it comes right down to a pair adjustments: - some Christians have faith that ANY regulation or rule suggested interior the Bible, notwithstanding if via God or guy, would desire to be accompanied. Others disagree and think of that some had to do with only that subculture. - some Christians interpret each little thing actually. Others do no longer and think of that there would desire to be a splash room for war of words. because of the fact of those 2 huge adjustments there are a number of of distinctive "kinds" of Christianity. i'm able to take Christianity heavily (as a christian) because of the fact I easily have study the Bible and function used logic to make up my own suggestions on what replaced into meant for the Bible in that particular difficulty and subculture and what wasn't. Others make different judgements. None human beings are in charge for what others take and depart from the Bible. what's and could consistently be the comparable is the message however. That Jesus died for our sins and that by inquiring for forgiveness, we are saved. desire that gave you only slightly of readability as to why i'm able to take my own ideals heavily.

If you go back in history during the IRA war most bombing incidents are forgotten within 4 weeks.
We then feel sorry for the terrorist's and worry about the condition's they are living in when caught!!

As far as I am concerned if you are a threat to us the peace loving people ,shoot them using the SAS (like happened in Gibraltar)

This bloody Govt will probably put a medal around Saddam's neck in 20yrs time, like they have with the now released killers from the IRA

Yes you and a few others, but most are in a rush and take a risk on the probability. Many cases / packages get left, very few are dangerous. There is also a degree of reliance on CCTV cameras ,it will take a time for people to realise they are not being used for what was originally intended.believed to be intended for.

There are some seriously Brainless people out there, I think if someone leaves anything like that unattended, when they go back to retrieve it they should be fined for being thoughtless. After all you can get done for jaywalking cant you?

No one cares about terrorism until it happens. And then it is somehow Bush's fault. If he does something about it in reaction, that is also wrong and of course his fault.

If you have a problem with terrorism, blame Bush like everyone else does. That should make you feel better.

It was good that you were aware, some just don't care and some do but don't worry because they live day to day. Personally I don't take anything for granted or for chance. You just never know whats round the next corner.
