Tell her to keep coughing! Giver her 5 back blows and 5 abdominal thrusts. (if she passses out give her 2 breaths and 30 chest compressions and then search for food and repeat till she starts breathing again)

call and call and call then give her the himlick remover or something like that but if she can call for help or make some kind of noise her body can push it out her self and she will be fine
