Mug ? Mmmm a social security cheque or dole payment does not allow you to have a life worth living, merely an existance. Travel is out of the window as is most normal social events. When did you last go to a decent restaurant, take anyone with you without it all being spoilt by financialy hurting when the thought of the bill was looming and when the bill came you realised that you had just spent a weeks money or two weeks money. When did you go to a concert, play, attend the theatre. When did you last go away for a weekend, even if you had a car, the cost of the gas / petrol almost crippled you let alone the luxury hotel, and bar bill. When did you last buy your good lady a smart dress or replenish her wardrobe. When did you last treat yourself to something a little bit special or any indulgence . Errherm who is the mug ? Well it is not me, could it be you ? Enjoy your future, it is obvious you are the winner or is that the Wiener ?

You could be the one who's the mug - there are plenty of creative hardworking people who have got their lives so sorted that they can earn money AND get a nice lie in on Monday morning!

I don't mind people bumming around receiving my taxes if they are being creative about it - I don't mind paying taxes to support struggling artists and people bringing up kids in difficult circumstances.

But I'm always sorry for people who have never got it together to put anything into life, because I don't see them getting much out of it either,

i do a honest days work and earn my own money, i don't need any handouts, everything i have is paid for, no mortgage, loans or other debts. I would sooner work than sit around all day watching TV, plus i know i can afford to treat myself at the end of each working week like a new pair of shoes or a designer handbag, i don't have to wait a fortnight for my dole cheque to come and live on tesco's beans!
I'm proud of what i have achieved

Bet I have a better life than you though!
Who the hell wants to live on the breadline and have no purpose in life!
Rather pay my taxes and afford the little luxury's I can than have a nice lay in on Mondays and worry how i will pay for my next ciggie!
They * out ***. Can you belive that?

Well it's the lazy a*** that even bothered to ask such a bum question. At least I'm helping to put some money back into the state, bit more than you are doing.

In the end you are! and once you've grown up you'll see it for yourself, working isn't just about money, working is about pride and knowing your doing the right thing.
