Please remember that breast reduction is major surgery and you shouldn't just see the lowest bidder. You need to see a GOOD doctor, a well respected doctor. One who will let you see his former patients and hear their testimonials and one who has excellent credentials. That kind of surgery is serious and should never be taken lightly. Going to the cheapest doctor versus the best doctor in some situations could cost you your life. Please be careful and research the doctor before you make a decision based on price. Also, if they are so large that they are causing you other problems then most insurances will cover the surgery.
Good luck and please please be careful.

Don't look for a cheap price for a serious operation. Instead, look for ways to get help to pay for the surgery. Do you qualify for any kind of medical help in your state? Does the local hospital have any assistance programs to help? What is your medical insurance going to cover? Whatever is left try to make payment arrangements that you can afford. Best of luck.

Probably no where. Any plastic surgery will run you some $$$. Check with your physician.
