No they shouldnt and no self respecting US citizen would say this either.
I disagree with almost every single thing they have done or could possibly plan to do, but I would never ever advocate a sitting US President being put on trial for war crimes. The things they do they in their own twisted way do in the sense of self preservation for this country. So while I believe and will always believe we went to Iraq for the oil, I dont care.
Our country is what it is and you just have to accept that and go with it.
Maybe one day it will change but it wont be any time soon.

If you could give me instances where they have committed crimes against humanity I would say yes. Additionally, because everyone interprets "crimes against humanity" in their own subjective way, there needs to be factual evidence and a law, which protects humanity, which was broken.

there we go,if any true American wonders what will happen if democrat/liberals regain power there it is,that will be the liberal motto if they win,but not only our pres.,but our troops mark my words Americans the liberals will be so desperate to regain their place at the liberal kitchen table of the world that they will hand American boys to the u.n.,and the world court for crimes against humanity,i did not think this call would happen until after the election,but i guess the liberals can not wait just like mrs heniz could not wait to insult the troops till after the election!

No, because the good old boys know how to cover their tracks and make gullible people believe that what they're doing is for the good of humanity. They just need to be replaced, that's all.

It is a very unlikely outcome. They are extremely powerful. If anyone even attempted to bring them to justice, there would be severe consequences. Major retribution.
