Honestly, I think it is the woman. You know that saying, if mama aint happy, nobody is happy (something like that). Usually, for family vacations it comes down to the amount of enjoyment will be obtained (usually if the kids will enjoy it) and the satisfaction Mom and Dad will get in their alone time, if any...
Basically, women have the finally say whether you like it or not...:P

I would like to say it is a family decision, but we all know there is usually someone in the family who pulls the strings. It depends on the amount you have to spend, do relatives live out of state, have you already been there before. Those are some of the questions we answer before we decide on our vacation.

My daughter makes the decision on the destination. I'm guessing she gets these ideas from watching Disney. Our last vacation was to Hawaii because of Lilo & Stitch.
