Where do I start off to set out doing acting?

Like what do I need as far as photos, resumes, and where should I go. How exactly do you start?

You don't start with photo's, and your resume would be EMPTY if you haven't done any acting publicly yet, so why would you need a resume? Have you considered the radical step of ACTING CLASSES perhaps? This would be an excellent way to start. Let's face it, it would be the ONLY way to start.

Before you get photos and resumes, you must take acting class for about 10 years. When you complete the classes, you can think about auditioning. Ask your parents to find an acting class for you in the city where you live.

If you have not taken acting classes, you don't want to embarass yourself by going on an audition. You will end your acting career before it begins. Take classes as soon as possible.

there,s alot of stuff i did i started off wrong by emailing top casting directors but i thought about it and ended up startng slow by trying to get work in theater productions and now im bout to sign to a major company and by this summer i want to have done enough work to where i can take a trip to LA and get work or even move there
