Are you driving or going by public transport? If you're driving try theaa.com's route planner. This will give you detailed directions to print out and follow. Check out a map beforehand as well as there's a mega, confusing roundabout in Wandsworth. If you're going by public transport use the journey planner on tfl.gov.uk

Use the Transport For London journey planner - will give you bus, train and tube options plus time etc you can plan it down to the fine detail.

if you do a search on any of the sites given in the previous answers I think you need SW18 as the postcode not SW8.
