The vertical cable will be 560N to offset the weight of the cat burgular.

The inclined cable will have a horizontal component equal to the horizontal cable, and a vertical component equal to the vertical cable.
If I is the force in the inclined cable,
sin(30)=560/I
=1120N
I=560/sin(30)

The horizontal cable h
has
tan(30)=560/h
h=560/tan(30)
=970N
