(2x + 3)/(x - 2) =28/(x^2 - 4) + (2x - 3)/(x + 2)
Multiply through by (x^2 - 4), or (x + 2)(x - 2)
(2x + 3)(x + 2) =28 + (2x - 3)(x - 2)
2x^2 + 7x + 6 = 28 + 2x^2 - 7x + 6
14x = 28
x = 2
