Where I work, everyone has to use the same password, so everyone can log on to everyone else's computer. I have been told someone is logging on to my computer to snoop around. Is there any way I can find out the date/time "I" last logged on? Or any other user name?

The best way to find out is to see when the computer was last used in the events log. (You may not be able to find out who logged on, but you will find out when).
Go to internet explorer, and type in

C:\WINDOWS\system32
\eventvwr.msc

(all one address). There, look at the System, Application, and Security logs. Look at the first item to see the last time your computer has been used (it will probably be when you logged on, scroll down to see previous use). Scroll to the right to the 'User' column and you can see who logged on (only certain events have that, SYSTEM means that the computer did the action). You might not have permission to open this file or look at certain logs.

Hmmm, this isn't my area of expertise but try searching for a 'keylogger'. That should be able to tell you what time people did things and what they've done.
