Did you hear about that story where a woman sold her soiled panties? From SC?

It's against the law to sell soiled panties & she made like 9 grand off of it. Besides not understanding why anyone would want to buy them...

I was just curious to know what states regulate this sort of thing & if you could...list a reference please.

Thanks :)

Several women used to do that on eBay before they changed their policy regarding clothes several years ago.
And by soiled they don't necessarily mean crapped in. Just normal wearing by a woman will stain and get fluids on the panties.
Some guys like that. Some strippers make lots of money off their websites selling stuff like that. As for what states do and don't allow that, I'm not sure. Don't think there's any organization keeping track of that.

It may violate health regulations in some towns/counties, but I really hope that state legislatures have better things to do than pass laws about this kind of thing.

I wonder if there's a market for used diapers.....

You would think that selling feces would be heavily regulated in any state.
