depression is a part of life.It is kind of an exam that all the people should pass, so don't worry you will get over your problems, as I said they are part of life.Everyone goes through this and when that period passes we are glad for that and we feel easier and see that the problem is just past that has solution :)

Depression is a terrible thing to deal with.....you shouldn't have to go at it alone. I hope it gets better. You may need to find someone to talk to one on one. You can only get generalized help here.

Why do you experience that you won't be able to communicate over such as your spouse whom you're saying is your suitable buddy? I desire I nonetheless had my husband, my suitable buddy. do not make the mistakes of "confiding" to a buddy of the option sex because to me it really is an same as dishonest!!!!!

well you know life's like that. it has it's ups and downs. it like a wheel sometimes your on the top sometimes your not. so just hang on and don't give up. anytime soon you'll be done with it.
