If my wife gets her top lip waxed will the hairs grow back thicker and darker or thiner and lighter?

Waxing is actually one of the best ways of getting rid of excess hair, however; the best way is a method called THREADING!!! You can find it in some upper class salons, some spas, Asian salons, and middle eastern salons.
I really recommend that more than any method, but after threading I suggest waxing. Do NOT shave and do not bleach. Bleaching makes the hair grow longer and it looks pretty ugly if she doesn't have fair skin.
If the hair is really dark and thick, you may wanna consider laser hair removal. it's not cheap but the result is excellent.
As for redness after waxing, of course there's some redness but it'll go away. Also another advantage of waxing (if it's done right) is that it pulls the hair out from its root so the growing back process is much slower. It maybe painful but it's very short and you'll get used to it. The majority of women say that their hair has grown back the same and some say it grew back thiner.

No, waxing your lip doesn't make it grow back faster or thicker. It's totally safe.

Nothing is bad, but shaving is the worst on a girls face, you will get razor bumps and they produce acne. So, bleach or wax.

i cant have hot salon wax on my face, so i have to do my tash with the nads gel! its great

Bleaching is better. Less gnarly redness than waxing.
