The door of our Neff oven keeps falling off we have had it changed already but we believe it could be a design problem, it can be quite dangerous.

We had this too! We moved into a brand new house, with new applicances that came with it...and this happened on the second time we used it. We also had a washing machine where the drum didn't move...but that wasn't Neff, so irrelevant really. Once the door was fixed, it didn't break again in the year we lived there...but the plastic seals that go round the door kept coming out!

I would contact the manufacturers or the shop that sold it to you.
If you create enough fuss im sure they will replace it,threaten to go to your local newspaper.Goodluck
