That's kind of a rude question. Neither is preferrable. Onion rings are loaded with unhealthy things. Belly rings would be the better option and if you have the balls to show it off then hey, more power to you.

I'm not fat. Get the onion rings, you know you want them. Nobody wants to see you with a belly ring.

NEITHER, belly ring could bring on an infection, onion rings could bring on high cholesteral( heart disease ).
