The most beautiful arrangement I've known is Pachelbel's Canon in D (the advanced version). It's very beautiful. Just make sure it's the advanced version.

I have a very simple one of Canon in D, arranged for piano by Robert Schultz-but I would like a nicer one.
but the most beautiful I ever played was for orchestra. My strings orchestra played it in college, I played violin. It was very beautiful, unfortunately , I didn't have my own copy of the music to keep.

Beauty is in the ear of the hearer. The best way to find the one you like is to hit your local music store, look through the music, find someone there who plays well and ask them to play a page or two starting in the middle of the piece. Then pick the one YOU like best. My sister and I totally disagree on which arrangement we like better. I don't have my music with me, so I can't give you the arranger's name. Sorry.
