A few weeks ago my girlfriend had been out with some friends and gotten very drunk. The next day she told me that this guy who she use to work with tried to reach in her dress and touch her chest but she stopped him. Also, he lifted her dress and tried to go down her pants but she stopped him. That is all she told me! While I am greatful that she came out and told me, part of me keeps on thinking that she is leaving something out. I tried to ask her if there was anything more but she said no. Since this has happened I have been trying not to bring it up but it is lingering. I was wondering what any of you thought about her story and whether I am crazy for thinking that more must have happened.

A good way to follow up with her would be to ask her how she felt about those things happening. If she says it wasn't a big deal, you have something to worry about, because what she described are very aggressive behaviors. If she says it made her angry, ask her what she did about it and whether she would be willing to file a police report for sexual battery. If she seems shocked at the suggestion, you again have something to worry about, because it means she didn't really mind it.

by answering this, i am not going to say i am a 100% right but i will definitely raise some things to your attention. I think for a women to come out and tell her boyfriend about something like that is 1 of two things. first of all she may want to get a rise out of you as far as jealousy or if that kind of disrespect went on, for you to do something about it. my other conclusion is that she told you that because something is weighing on her conscious and shes only giving you bits and pieces. If this is really bothering you don't just ask her questions, tell her how your feeling because it will not go away! Good luck!

Its possible she is telling the truth... Its also possible she isn't... either way you are having issues with trusting her. Not to be cliche but trust is the foundation for a relationship... Or you could just be the type that gets jealous easily... Will this still bother you in a year? If the answer is yes then you should totally break up.

first off.... hunt down the guy and either file charges on him or punch him in the face several times. I think she is telling the truth because if she had something to hide from you she wouldn't even have told you anything at all. give her the benifit of the doubt, and you and her should find a way to get even with that @sshole.

I don't believe it. There is no way that a guy would just go reach in her dress if she hadn't given him some clues that he could. She had to had given him a OK sign to go ahead and do that especially if she was drunk. I wouldn't believe her and do some investigating.

If she was that drunk how do she know what happened. The whole thing sound fishy to me. Look into it. Keep asking questions to see if you get the same answer. She'll eventually tell on her self.

It sounds kind of fishy to me. I would try to investigate this matter a little further. Sit her down and ask the questions. Look her in the face and try to tell if she is B.S ing you. Maybe ask her friends. If your drunk its hard to stop good flirtation!!!!

Maybe that is all that happened and she wanted to tell you before you found out from someone else. Or she was feeling guilty about it. I would not worry unless your gut is telling you something happened more then what she said. Then maybe you could ask someone who was there.......

I don't see what sounds fishy about this. It's wonderful that she told you and I don't think she would have said anything if something really bad happened. Just trust her.

sounds like her ex co worker was trying to take advantage of her while she was drunk. I'd believe her and kick the crap out of the co worker if i were you! don't create ideas in your head. She at least was honest enough to tell you what happende. Trust in her word!
