I have had sharp abdominal pain in the left hand side. I think it feels like period pain but I am not due for my period till tomorrow.
I stopped taking the pill on the 6th of October in hopes of falling pregnant, and I went to the doctor and the doctor said I could be ovulating at any point.
I had niggering pains last monday too but not this bad.
Do you think this could possibly be implaintation pains?

could also be gas pains, or you could be dehydrated, how much liquid do you drink, I had this one time and I could barley move! I had only been drinking maybe two drinks per day, I WAS SOOOO BUSY! and sure enough I was dehydrated!

When you have pains like that, it is time to visit the doctor. It can be gas, it can be a lot of things. Best to check to make sure it is not something bad that if left untreated can be really nasty.
