omg i know this is quite stupid and embarrassing but i have this insane crush on alan rickman (the guy who plays professor snape in harry potter) , im obsessed, even though im only 14 and he's like 60,i love his eyes and his voice its quite scary , tell me something disturbing that will put me off him pleeeease!!!!!!xxx

So o.k., 60 is too old for you, but you are realizing that men that have life experience and are not full of attitude can be far more attractive than the unblemished looks of youth.

Don't feel bad, when I first saw "Sense and Sensibility" a decade ago I got a crush on him too. Bought two more movies just because they had him in them (one ended up being cute, the other kind of gross). And I've found Sean Connery attractive since I was about your age. As long as you don't go mental and turn into some psycho stalker, there's nothing wrong with having a crush on an unattainable older man - I think most women do at some time or another. It's a safe kind of crush that won't amount to anything in the long run and will pass.
If it's his character, Snape, in Harry Potter you like though, maybe you should read the description of him in the books and imagine the real man with those characteristics. As I remember it was very unflattering, a rather grimey fellow with stringy, greasy hair.

Hey, don't freak out, it's completely normal. I am in a similar situation. Since I was in my early teens, I always felt attracted to old, gray haired men (by the way, my crush is Robert DeNiro!!). It may be odd since you are very young, but don't change, in the long run, it might work for you... older men= sugar daddy. Most young guys are losers, they are always broke and don't want to commit, have wandering eyes and are very unfaithful. Older men are all the opposite... plus, most have $$$$ and since they are old, they will appreciate even more and treat like a queen a young and pretty girl. So, don't feel awkward, in the future, you can use this attraction you have for older guys to your advantage.
