A metal splinter, (from grinding) It started a rust ring before it was removed by plucking it out with a needle by an optometrist. The 'plinking' was very odd while removing it.

I was working at my old job one day and I was scrubbing the floors...well something was stuck so I put some Soft Scrub with Bleach on it, when I put the bottle down somehow some shot into my eye!!!!!!! And let me tell you that really hurts. I had to go to the ER to get it flushed out. So I haven't used SS since.

I once got a piece of a shingle in my eye- had to go to the ER and get it dug out... It really hurt- eye patch for days... Ouch!!

I saw this show last night on the animal planet about parasites and some guy got tape worm in his eye. It was gross.
