well, condoms might help them be safer, but i think they make teens want to have sex more because they think they'll be fine.

both and neither at the same time because a lot of teens dont use condoms and a lot do so they kind of cancel each other out but as far as being promiscuous some teens are and some teens aren't its just condoms are just a safety new some use and some dont regardless of age that does not directly effect promiscuousness or safety

People were having lots of unsafe sex in the 70s and early 80s, so yes, it is safer. people were already "promiscuous."

PS Kayleigh should learn that kids have sex anyway, and most don't bother with condoms. We can all thank our federal abstinence-only "education" for that.

I dint really think we can blame condoms for people being more promiscuous, think about it, so much has changed in the past 10-12 years that sex isnt even a big deal anymore. Kids think that it makes them "cool" but it doesnt. I would strongly suggest anyone to think about what they are doing and if youare going to do it, use protection.

Nope. I think they've made people more promiscuous given the false sense of protection people assume when they use them.

Condoms are made to prevent pregnancy and disease. They are a GOOD thing. And who cares if someone is promiscuous? If you don't wanna have sex, don't do it.

Both, in my opinion.
Condoms help people stay safe from unwanted pregnancies or STDs. They are bad because they make teens want to have sex more.

They are going to do it anyways... might as well give them the tools to protect themselves... now if we could just make them smart enought to used them every time we'd be laughing
