I have a similar problem, but I have extreme pain in my lower back and I feel sick and sometimes vomit. I don't know whether to stand, sit or lie when I get this pain. It started off quite mild but has escalated and it's unbearable. Can you im me at all to discuss further?

I spot the day before my period, it's just how my cycle goes. I get lower back ache when I'm on my period...but no pain during sex, which could be a sign of an STD. Get it checked out.

Rule out a pregnancy first.
you will definitely need to see a doctor anyway as it may be a sign of different illnesses. It can be endometriosis or polycistic ovaries(specially if you tend to put on weight as well) so it has to be treated as soon as possible, to avoid problems with getting pregnant iif u want a baby later in life. Lucily it just started so u will be fine, just get checked over please, asap
