I like Glacier... love Mesoproterozoic sedimentology (plus it makes the park look awesome).

It depends on what you are looking to find. Big Bend has an olivine granite, which is very rare. The Guadalupe Mountains have the world's largest exposed barrier reef. These are two great geological features in my home state. Almost any national park can claim something unique. Just look at the Grand Canyon with its great sedimentology. The best geology is a relative term.
