Its been 3 long years since he broke up w/ me. But he keeps coming around. It hard for me to turn my back on him. I dont look for him, he's the one calling, ringing my door bell & sending me emails I dont even want to be his friend anymore. I cant move on if he's still in my life. He's just using me and I just want him out of my life. How can I tell him to F off w/out being nasty???

Sometimes you have to be harsh, but don't tell him to F off, that would just make you look ugly. Have your boyfriend (if you have one currently) tell him that he is no longer welcome. Unless you are giving in to him, I fail to see how he is using you. If you are giving into him, then you need to cut that off right now. The horse will keep coming back to the same well as long as there is good water in it. You need to be strong enough to turn your back on him and not answer the door, don't respond to the email, don't answer his calls. If he calls and you do answer, when you find out it is him, hang up. If you are not strong, he will not get the message.

Just tell him that you don't want him to come around/call you anymore...that you think it's for the best that he seek out someone else who'll appreciate him the way he deserves to be, but that at this particular point in your life, you're just not ready to give him 100%.

Then if necessary, and if not too much of a hassle, change your e-mail and phone and let your friends know that they are not to give it out to him PERIOD!

U just have to tell him firmly that u want to move on with your life and u don't think it's a good idea for him to come around anymore. If he continues or persists then u may have to file for a restraining order or if it gets to the point where he is stalking and harassing u, u may have to move.

Tell him you wish him the best but it's time to move on - then end all contact. Don't respond to his emails, don't take his phone calls. He'll get the message.

If he doesnt get it, you may just have to be nasty and get the point across. Tell him you have moved on, and that he needs to do the same.

dont say ""I cant" because you can move on if he's bothering you. dont answer his calls or the door when he comes. if you dont want to be with him say it flat out and mean it.

you can just tell him you need space. you can't get on with your life with him hanging around like he is. you are alot nicer than i would be in this situation , he is just using you an keeping you hanging on.
