I use Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10. It dries them out and you can pop them easier..also they go away (or at least get smaller) within 2 days!

i know you mean flat-edged tweezers not pointy ones. thats a good idea - be careful that bacteria doesn't spread though. you and me are lucky!! i treat an occasional pimple with a special clean&clear pen that seals in some salicylic acid and takes the redness and bump away in two minutes. its so effective - search it online...

I use ProActiv. Usually within 3 days your skin clears up. for like 20 dollars you can get the daily essentials.
I have like 3 zits right now but that is because I have been forgetting to use my proactiv. And you can also ask for a free trial for that as well.

You may actually spread the acne that way, not to mention make the pimple worse. You should use a three step process, a cleaner, astrigent, and lotion.

i usually just pop them - i hate white dots on my face- i dont use tweezers though - i always thought bacteria could be an issue with that- just seems weird to me-
others use witch hazel - i personally use Phisoderm
so the bacteria on your finger tips dont go in your pimple use your knuckels?!
thats what i do
no matter how you look at it- it's all gross

Eat lots of VEGGIES and Fruit, drink lots of water, this makes a major difference in my skin, when I do this, don't touch your face, it spreads the bacteria

straight up peroxide. It dries it up quick. It may dry your skin a little bit but just use moisturizer after.
