there isn't any set size, age doesnt matter, a 13 year old could have the same size a 20 year old has as long as hes hit puberty. the average size of a male who has hit puberty is 5.5 - 6 inches, that is for every male. Some people are bigger and some people are smaller, it all depends on genetics, I hope this helps!

From about a quarter of the way through puberty most boys will be at their maximum which is anywhere between 4 and 7 inches erect though a lot also fall either side of this. I am surprised at why you would want to know the size of a 13yr old boy's penis. I note from previous questions you are 13 yourself I do hope you are not engaging in any sort of sexual activity as you are to young also it is illegal even if you are the same age. Save yourself for the right time.

I have never heard of a study where they get a bunch of 13 year olds together and have them masturbate to measure their penis. Plus I do not know of any parents who would consent to let that happen. So the answer is, it is as big as it is suppose to be and not any bigger nor smaller. Just remember everyone is different and grows at different rates.

Well depends how far he is in his pubercity if he just started the development it will be smaller and if he is far than its gonna be bigger.
You didn't state if you mean the penis hard or soft?
White adult mans average is 15-18 centimeters, thats round 6-8 inches when hard

I'm curious as to why you would want to know. I have no idea. I never measured myself at that age and I certainly don't go around asking 13 year old boys the sizes of their penises.

if your a girl why do you care? if your 13 do you really think you should be having sex, and if you do. do you really think your mature enough for sex if the size of his penis matters? it should be about love.

well little girls shouldn't be so concerned with that.. you obviously are young also and shouldn't be slutting yourself at such a young age. why dont you wait a few years to grow up, learn more about sex and the human body before you start acting so promiscuous

There is no standard size.. not even in an adult. Believe it or not there are more important things to be concerned about.
