Where do I find the actual footage of this quote? I can't figure out what it actually is.?

Basically it's part of My Chemical Romance talking and there's a bit about moose..es. I know I've seen it before but where? Somebody, anybody..help...please?

To Iheartgerard, are you sure? I swear I've heard Ray talking about Goldfinger being chased by a large group of moose-es...meese?

Actually I think that was something that someone just made up. I dont think it's a real quote. I think ive seen that on some website too.
