Our world is a beautiful place. It’s just how we see the world that clouds our viewpoint. If someone has a bad attitude they are going to see the world as a bad place but if someone has a good attitude they are going to see the world for all its greatness and all its potential. Attitude is everything. I live in the edge of the desert and it never seems to rain enough but what glorious blue skies I have over my head every day. And on those days when it rains or snows; what some would call dreary days, I see as a glorious blessing brought down from above. It all comes down to how we act how we live and how see ourselves. Most people who see the world as such a bad place are not very happy about themselves. Attitude...Attitude...Attitude

The media floods our society with negativity... In reality, the world is not that bad. Consider the changing of the seasons, or a pleasant conversation with a friend or family member. Consider the good that people do for each other. (it is out there, you just have to know where to look)
All in all, the world is not a shi*ty place to live. It all depends on how you perceive it to be. You have to learn how not to take things for granted, something we all could work on.

The world is beautiful and fruitful. We humans have been given stewardship of the Earth and we are failing. Even if you don't subscribe to the biblical view, we are failing. Why do nations not quit hunting the whale? Why are rhinos being shot for their horns and other rare creatures being destroyed? Why don't nations listen to the scientists and stop plundering the oceans and give the fish a chance to restock their numbers. Why are precious forests being destroyed? The World is a beautiful place. We humans seem to be a plague upon it. It is a great pity. It doesn't have to be that way. I urge you to do what you can in your own small way to change it.

If you bought a car or an expensive piece of electronics and never read the owner's manual, you'd probably think it was pretty rotten. You wouldn't be able to get it to do the things you needed it to do. You'd lack the manufacturer's advice on how to use their product.

This world has a Creator and He has given us a manual for it's use. Like the manufacturer, He knows how it works, why it works and the dangers and downfalls of its misuse. It is broken from His original design and yet functions very well. Someday soon He'll fix it all. Be a shame to miss it!

You need to get out more...watch less TV, read travel books. After high school, go to college! Or apply on as a Cruise staff member on board a cruiseline. Not Crew, cruise staff. You get to see exotic islands, you make many friends, and you will see the world not as you think but as a totally different place.

The world is a wonderful place to be. You choose the bad with the good. Choose good for goodness sake.

This doesn't answer the reason 'why' since that implies a pre-ordained plan, which there is no evidence...but the observation you make is spelled out in the 2nd Law of Thermodynamics (AKA: entropy).....the irreversible trend from order to disorder.

this world is such a shy place to live because people are raised to be shy, I was a fraid to go into a public bathroom when I was young because girls would know what I was doing, My mom instilled those kinds of feelings in me, we need to raise our kids to not be timid and think in a natural way, I hope this makes sense.

I think it's a wonderful world... sadly, some people make it less wondrous, but I do a good job of avoiding them as much as possible.

"Accentuate the positive. Eliminate the negative. Latch on to the affirmative." It makes your life much more pleasant.
