I for one have been using medicinal marijuana for so long it wouldn't matter one way or the other. Legalizing is the only way to go and stop making a big deal out of herbal medicine. For some of us marijuana always was and always will be. amen.

Yes, it should be and yes it will be. They are looking into it now in Nevada. Of course it needs to be regulated and taxed. The regulation of it will help, though not perfect it, but will help it to stay cleaner of addivtives, like mixing it with pcp. The taxes on it will help to cure the amount sold and consumed. There is a few arguments against it. Its effect on the brain. The effects of using it and drivingt- if you look at it from the out side, the effects of it driving, what about alcohol? And the effects on the brain- what about alcohols abuse on the internal organs.. liver etc? I know it will not be any time year soon, that it will be legalized, but there is to much moeny in it for it to remail illegal for ever

no i dont think it should. its nothing great makes you tried and out of it and u dont realize it tell you stop using it for a month and every thing is clearer. pretty much i think the laws should become stronger against it. but then again if your looking at a economic stand point it probably be good, lots of money to be made off it.

I believe it should be legalized for medicinal purposes, but not for the general population.
It's really not any different than other narcotics in that it can do good for those who need it, but shouldn't be used for recreational use.

I'm german, so it's no big deal to me.I think it should be legal in limits. you should be able to have small amounts for personal use . in my opinion alcohol does more harm that pot.
it would have to still be controlled maybe taxed.

Why not? Alcohol, caffiene and nicotine are. They are much more powerful. Not to mention perscription medications. Oh...and the pesky crime problem we have. Make it legal, watch crime go down.
