Um, Jesus and the Apostles have been celebrating the Jewish Passover, no longer the Easter experience. The Easter experience became the loss of existence and resurrection of Jesus. when you consider that He could no longer be on the table, on the bypass and resurrected on the comparable time. He became celebrating the Jewish Passover. Christianity got here FROM Jewish traditions. The Roman emperor Constantine made Christianity the valid faith of the Roman empire. with the aid of many of the Romans and, alot of the conquered countries, believed in paganism, he incorporsted some pagan dates into Christianity, Easter became one. This became to help interior the assimilation of those human beings into the recent faith.

Yes, we celebrate passover, that's the day that God got us out of Egypt! It's not about celebrating other people's religions, because real christians are not religious...they ONLY do what the Bible says and not what they feel, so bump yo other answers.

you can celebrate any holiday you want

also, celebrating the passover is commonly practiced by christians. it happened old testament, before we were brought out from under the law. it is should be recognized by christians. the one of the differences between christians and jews: we believe that we are no longer bound by the law and jews believe that we are because they don't credit the coming of christ.

By all means, Please do!!!
We need more people who are open
to other people's religions and beliefs!!!

I know alot of Christians that love Israel
and the Jewish customs and celebrate
Jewish festivals as well as Christian.

if more people were like that, the world
would be a much better happier and tolerant place!!!!

i had jewish friends and went to seders. they usually thought it was great fun to have a goy at the table. i think it might depend on your jewish friends though. some might consider it like inviting satan to a blessed event.

from the reverse jesus was no doubt jewish and celebrated passovers. i don't think he would mind one bit. I think he would find cultural exchange to be more enlightening and see it as a tool to promote tollerance between christian and jew.

Of course they can. I have some really strict christian cousins who celebrate it. They even enjoy celebrating Channukah. ^_^ Jesus did celebrate passover when he was alive as well, so I don't see why not. The more people celebrating and honoring yahweh as well as jesus, the more the merrier.

You can celebrate whatever you want. The jewish laws are no longer necessary according to the New Testament, but if you want the experience God does not mind, as long as you are right with Him.
