You mean education as in teaching? I'm pretty sure you need a Graduate degree to teach at public schools, but I believe that that same rule does not apply to private schools. I don't know if they'll recognize you with only a two year degree, but there are some private schools (in NYC, no less) that will allow you to teach (at a lower pay rate than the more qualified teachers) with only a Bachelor's degree. It usually helps if you know someone already working it the school.

you could probably get a job as an instructional assistant for a classroom teacher. But to get any further, you would have to have a higher degree.
