put on some of your favourite music and sing along at the top of your voice. should make you feel better, it always works for me :-)

I've had those days where the smallest thing can make me burst into tears. I don't know how to cheer you up I'm sorry, but when I do feel like this, I like to go shopping as a stress reliever and take a nice bath and just take some time for myself. You should do that too. Hope you feel better!

Best to get out of the house/office and go for a walk - lovely weather and appreciate everything around - walking apparently releases endorphins (same as eating choc) and you don't gain weight and get depressed about that - win win situation!
Hope you feel better tomorrow!

I have them occasionally and it is usually around "that" time of the month. I usually ask for a hug for a loved ones and climb in bed with something sweet. So I'll send you lots of hugs XXXXXXX. I hope this makes you feel better. I wish that I could do more.

i've had a really good day actually... life's good, i was surrounded by good, intelligent, funny, fun people... at work!!! it's all good :-) stop watching the news! that's my remedy!! or maybe watch it, but take it all with a pinch of salt... watch little britain, or the catherine tate show, or the vicar of dibley, or only fools and horses, or the royle family and laugh your head off! or think about some silly childhood/ teen times you had... or get a new job?? maybe it's the monday blues and your job / surroundings are all wrong?

Hi Charlie,
We all get those days, it's quite natural so don't worry about it to much...
You know their is so much atrocities happening all over the world, just be thankful that you have your health, because without health, we have nothing.
Tomorrow is another day, just tell yourself that you are going to have a brilliant day regardless of what's happening around you, and i can assure you, that your whole persona will be lifted.
