You're supposed to get fake nails, like a french manicure or something I hear.

I have been a nail biter my whole life. It has only been the last 2 years where I have my own long nails. Try this....it worked for me. I got married so I had to put acrylics on, I left them on for about 6 months. By the time I had taken them off the habit was just gone. I no longer bite them because I wasnt use to it anymore. Also I found that when they do get a bit of length on them you really love them so you just don't do it. Good luck!!!!

I stopped biting my nails by having artificial nails put on. This is going to be your best route because... 1. your nails will look hot. 2. you will not be walking around with hot sauce or Vaseline dripping of your nails and 3. Your jewelry will look much better on your hands if you have nice pretty nails.

There's a clear polish called "STOP" that's specifically to help nail biters stop biting their nails. I've seen it at WalMart and I know it worked really well for my niece. It apparently tasted so gross that she couldn't bear to put her hands in her mouth.
