This manager who i use to work for before i switched positions at work is being rediculous. he tends to shove off his issues on other people with his attitude and quite frankly im sick of it and ready to blow up...what do i do?

One book that really helped me was titled"How to work for a jerk" see if you can get a copy or find it at the library.
It helped me to understand the situation better and I was able to be more "strategic" in the way I did things and I got along much better, such that when I did leave the job it was at a time of my choosing under conditions I had more control over.

Are other employees having the same problems with this person that you are? If so, try to organize a meeting to discuss your options. Of course, with this person being a manager, they are bound to have someone above them. At your meeting, have everyone express their thoughts. Get dates and times that this manager has been unreasonable, and present it to a higher up.

Don't blow up. It's bad for your career.
Maybe he has a shitty life outside of work and it spills into his work place. Kill him with kindness.
Do something small, like bake him some brownies or make him a card that says, Have A Nice Day.
It will make you feel good.

Tell him you have a problem with him, most likely he is shoving his problems off on other people because they let him, tell him you dont appreciate it and tell him you're not going to do his work for him, if he threatens to fire you or continues doing it then take it up with his boss, that always works!

Go to his supervisor and let him know about his erradic behavior. Make sure you have some other witnesses ready to make statements. You can't bring him down by yourself.

walk around the office quickly, w/ a piece of paper or a clip board, look so busy that you don't have time to talk to him, a moving target is hard to hit !

If there is a chain of command, follow it upward with your complaints. If you don't think they'll listen or care, either bite your tongue or quit.
