This is a load of propaganda BS just like the alledged aircraft bombings in August this year.
They are using faux science to do the terrorist's job. That is to scare you.
This person was a known fantasist. He had none of the means to carry out his far fetched and unworkable plans. But in this fevered athmosphere of fear and paranioa caused by the war on terror, the truth is no defence against charges of terrorism.
This man was a crazed fantasist who would probably admit to the assasination of JFK if questioned about it. Just because he pleads guilty, does not mean he is.

making a nuclear bomb isn't that hard.. you could probably find the instructions online right now if you wanted to.. it's getting the uranium/plutonium that is the difficult part.
