Go to the clinic. If you are not satisfied with the results, go to another GYN. Alot of them will bill you or give you a payment plan. But it is your health you are talking about, so don't worry about the cost.

The OB/GYN is a great doc to start with since they have the most experience with breast issues. If you need further tests, including a mammo, they will prescribe them and you will have them. No, most 25 year olds do not need a mammo not because it isn't accurate but because the incidence of breast cancer is so rare in women under 40. If the doctor who examines you feels a mammogram or any other test is clinically indicated, they will have it done. Try to relax (I know easy to say) while you are waiting for you appointment and keep in mind there are many reasons for nipple discharge. Here is some info from the Mayo clinic on that topic. http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/nipple-discharge/WO00093
Good luck, and I hope it turns out to be nothing to worry about.
