Arsene Wenger is an absoulate world class manager, who at times has Arsenal playing some of the best football in the world, but when ever they lose he just can't take it, like at against West Ham United, his history of bust's ups with Jose Mourinho and Sir Alex Ferguson, i must admit, i did want Pardew to nut him on yesterday to shut him up.

Pardew acted like a tennis player who pumps the fist AT the opponent - this practice is of course banned and punishable with fines - Pardew should be fined like Materazzi the provoker!

Everone hates losing.....he just takes it a little bit worse than others.....this is all physcology.....he's showing the players how much it means to him for the team to do well, and by this example he is team bonding... being a leader....and generating controlled anger...one of the most potent weapons of achievement..
