They hold onto power at all costs. They have abandoned truth, justice, decency, responsibility, patriotism, etc, all for the political expedience of partisan power.

At present however, the truth is that both parties are guilty of this, though in my mind it seems the demoncrats are far worse.

at the present, it is the repubs. but in the past, LBJ was just as bad as the current administration. LBJ and his crew were responsible for more american deaths in vietnam than the communists. power grabs are not limited to any one party.
