i am guessing its computer controled
the only way of doing it that i know is by a programmer for your specfic vehical and that will allow you to change it

The limiter is controlled by software within the ECU. You could ask some backstreet garage with CANalyser or some such diagnostic tool to have a look, but to be honest, they would probably cause more damage than anything else. Also, the guys above are right, you would be looking at more than a fine if caught on a public highway. The manufacturer has designed the vehicle to go that fast due to the many factors including handling, braking and suspension. If you change the top speed, you could find yourself at best in prison or at worst dead. Not worth it.

Sorry mate but that is well illegal, if your caught by the police or the ministry you wont need to know how to disconnect it as they will take your license, any way 70 in a daily van is fast enough.
