i think they stand a great chance.
they've been playing classy football for the first part of the season (the arsenal game excluded), also they've got +21 goal difference after 11 games (already a full 10 more than chelsea) which is amazing.
united have always been strongest in the second half of the season, and if this continues then it will be very difficult for chelsea to stop them.

As a Chelsea fan, i still fancy our chances of retaining our title, even Manchester United have hit the ground running.
On the evidence on the first quarter of the season, Man Utd are playing some wonderful football, which reminds of the old Man Utd legacy, the opponents may score 2 but we will score 3 or 4, with wonderful talent such as Brown, Vidic, Heinze, Ronaldo, Carrick and Rooney and the return of Scholes, which i feel is a major factor.
On the other hand, when in December, January and February, when football comes more of a squad game, that's is where i feel that Chelsea will start to show there class, because we have a really strong 11, and yet our bench is world class. With players like Terry, Drogba, Lampard, Robben, Essien, Ballack, Shevchenko, Makelele, A Cole, J cole, i am expecting us to retain our league.
I think Man Utd will push us a lot harder than the two previous season's but we will just nick it.
COME ON CHELSEA COME ON CHELSEA

im not sure...i think the man utd v chelsea game will tell us a lot about what may happen...the thing i have against man utd is that they just dont look convincing enough(arsenal played them off the park when they won there)...chelsea could easily do the same and they were very unlucky against spurs....also, i could see chelsea going on a run where they win 10 or so games in a row & im not sure man utd could...lookin forward to that match though, but i think chelsea will beat man utd...

This year I think they will.Fergie has set his mind on it and they have the squad. Chelsea will run them close but I fancy Man Utd to do it.

Every Man U fan on the planet, but then they've always been like that, even in the 70's and 80's when they never won it.

Not me! They might come close, but lose it in the end. To guess who? To Chelsea of course. GO BLUE!
