The two can happen at the same but they don't have to. Some girls start developing breasts earlier, other girls will get their periods first.
Just be patient, you will get your period, just make sure you are ready for it. Carry an extra pair of panties in your purse, along with a liner, or thin pad.

just like your breasts started to grow, the period is also come naturally which you can't control, as for now, read n learn more about period or your body, go to library/internet to do your own little research n enhance your knowledge so you are truly prepare once your period does come one day. Mr. Aaron's suggestion is very good so get ready n you wouldn't panic if it does happen at an awkward situation/time ! Take good care of yourself !

Sweetheart, it will all happen in time. When your body is ready. There is nothing you can do, and honestly just enjoy the time without your period, it is something you will have to plan around for the next 30+ years.
