Speak with an attorney. You may have problems, given that he works for a protected international organization. Maybe thats why he changed jobs.

Where he works shouldn't matter. My oldest son's father lives in Indiana(I live in GA) and quit working for nearly a year to escape child support. He's only been at his current job for like two or three months and the child support office has already caught up with him. As long as you've got his social security number he won't be able to hide for long unless he's not on the books and getting paid under the table which is actually against the law. If he works, they'll find him.

you should be able to report his employer to the local child support agency - i think they will contact them direct the only way they wont do anything is if he is self employed....
