No that address is incorrect. Either your postcode is wrong or the rest of the address is wrong. Here are the two possibilities:
Brockley House
Sedan Way
LONDON
SE17 2LW
or:
70 Iliffe Street
LONDON
SE17 3LL

I don't live that far away, but I can't say I've heard of the street. I've checked the postcode with the post office and it comes up with:
Brockley House, Sedan Way, SE17 2LW
a search for 70, Illife Street doesn't find anything.
I then had a look at multimap and couldn't find an Illife Street although there is an Alvey Street nearby.
The whole area is part of a massive (soon to be regenerated) housing estate with loads of old roads and new passages everywhere.
Hope this helps

A couple of good answers already, especially mike_de_98's (and some pretty poor answers too).
But the one thing no one seems to have pointed out yet is that the street is spelled Iliffe Street. One 'l', two 'ff's.
And as mike said, the postcode is SE17 3LL.

Your postcode is incorrect I think. However I have found 70 Illife Street using the Royal Mail postcode finder. The correct address is:
70 ILLIFE STREET
LONDON
SE17 3LL
I think this is right anyway! Nearest tube is Kennington - be careful round there! :)

The post code belongs to
Brockley House
Sedan Way
LONDON
SE17 2LW
There does not appear to be a street of that name in London.

70 is the building number. I doubt you'll see it on any maps.
Oh, and London's a big place and not all of us live in it, so unless you find a cabbie on here you're not going to be lucky...
