i have really sore nipples. So much that i have to cover them in the shower and hold my boobs when i walk. Any ideas? one day i just woke up and only my nipples hurt, not my whole boob. Any ideas whats wrong?

Make sure your bra or undershirt is made of cotton, other materials might worsen your problem.

If you are in your teens I have the answer. Hormones. I had this problem a while back. They hurt really bad!!! To ease the pain, if they are dry, you can put lotion on them, and it will help. But if they are not dry, just soak in a warm bath, but be careful with the towel when drying off. They should feel better within two weeks. If they don't please contact a doctor, because this may be something more serious.
